Psychological Services
A safe place to feel
understood, and to grow.
Therapy for children, adolescents and families, helping young people build
resilience, emotional wellbeing, and stronger relationships that last long after our
work together.
A note from Dr. Snyder
Growing up has never been simple
Today's children and adolescents navigate academic pressures, changing family dynamics, social relationships, identity development, and emotional challenges in ways that can sometimes feel overwhelming, for both young people and their parents. My role is to help children, adolescents and families better understand these challenges while building the tools and relationships needed to move forward with confidence.
As a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience working with children, adolescents and families, I believe that every young person should be understood within the context of their unique story. I take the time to learn about each child's developmental history, temperament, family relationships, strengths and current concerns before creating an individualized treatment plan.

My approach
Children do not exist in isolation. They are
part of a family.
Lasting change comes not only from helping a child develop new coping skills, but also from strengthening communication, improving relationships, and supporting parents in understanding their child's emotional world. Therapy becomes a collaborative process in which children, parents and families work together toward healthier patterns of connection.
My goal is not simply to help young people through today's challenges, but to foster resilience, emotional wellbeing, and stronger family relationships that continue to support healthy development long after therapy has ended.
What I offer
Psychological Services
Child Therapy
Children often express emotional struggles through behavior rather than words. Therapy helps children develop healthy emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and stronger relationships at home and at school.
Adolescent Therapy
The teenage years bring rapid emotional, social, and developmental changes. Therapy provides adolescents with a supportive space to navigate anxiety, depression, identity, peer relationships, academic stress, and increasing independence.
Family Therapy
Children thrive when the family system grows alongside them. Family therapy focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, navigating conflict, and creating healthier patterns that support every member of the family.
Group Therapy
Groups forming for parents, neurodivergent adolescents, and adolescents who struggle with academics.
